Soufflé (French: sufle) is a baked dessert originated in 18th century.

The word soufflé comes from the French verb 'souffler' which means 'to breathe' or 'to puff'. Soufflé is egg-based dish combined with various other ingredients. Our well known soufflé in “Mala Stanica" restaurant includes chocolate, sour cherries and hazelnut. Foamy texture with a melting chocolate centre, which we serve with vanilla ice cream, is your favourite dessert from our kitchen.
